1️⃣ Clean Up Your Inputs: Water, Air & Food
Hydration: Drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily, and add a pinch of sea salt for absorption and a squeeze of organic lemon for detoxification.
Air Quality: Indoor air is often more toxic than outdoor air—open your windows and invest in a high-quality air purifier.
Nutrition: Food intolerances and nutrient deficiencies drain your energy. Stop guessing and start testing to find what your body needs.
2️⃣ Master Your Sleep—It’s Your Superpower
Create a wind-down routine—no screens (2 hours before bed), no stress, just calm.
Block artificial blue light in the evening.
